These terms apply to the All Sign Customizer Shopify app and the All Sign Customizer for WooCommerce plugin (the “Apps”), published by Vertim Coders, LLC. By installing or using the Apps, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.
1. License
- Shopify app: a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your Shopify store, subject to the Shopify App Store terms.
- WooCommerce plugin: a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license under the license you purchased, valid while your subscription is active.
- You may not resell, redistribute or modify the Apps without our prior written permission.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use the Apps for unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purposes, copy or reverse-engineer them, bypass license restrictions, or interfere with their security or availability. We may suspend or terminate access in case of violation.
3. Payments
Shopify app subscriptions are billed by Shopify; upgrades, downgrades and cancellations are managed from your Shopify admin and the app’s pricing page. Direct purchases (such as the WooCommerce plugin) are governed by our refund policy and the purchase terms shown at checkout.
4. Updates and support
We update the Apps regularly for compatibility, features and fixes, and are not obliged to support outdated environments. Support covers installation, configuration help, bug fixes and compatibility updates; it does not include custom development, unsupported third-party integrations, or hosting issues. Professional services are governed by their own agreement.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, profits or business opportunities, or issues caused by third-party services, plugins or themes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service in the 12 months before the claim.
6. Intellectual property
The Apps, their code, documentation, trademarks, designs and logos belong to Vertim Coders, LLC. Using the Apps does not transfer any ownership rights. Designs created by your customers remain yours and theirs.
7. Termination, law and contact
We may suspend or terminate your use of the Apps if you breach these terms; your right to use them then ends immediately. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Vertim Coders, LLC is registered. Contact: support@allsigncustomizer.com.
