Print-ready files with every custom sign order
Every order arrives with the customer's design as SVG, PDF, PNG or JPEG and a recap of every option chosen.
From order to workshop without retyping.
A custom sign order is only useful if production can read it. With All Sign Customizer, each Shopify order carries the customer’s design, print-ready files and every option they chose, ready for your team or your manufacturer. No screenshots, no emails asking “which font was it?”.

What arrives with each order
- The recap: material, size and thickness, shape, fixing method, border, color, and every text with its font, face by face for double-sided signs.
- The design files: images of the design in the formats you chose, a PDF at your print resolution, and the printable file.
- Customer uploads: the logos and photos placed on the sign, in their original files.
The files of each order line are packed in a zip named with your prefix and the order number. In Shopify, the All Signs Customizer block on the order page lists each customized line with its quantity, its recap and the download links. Each customized sign is also added to the cart as its own variant whose name summarizes the main choices, so it shows on packing slips and invoices too.
Print-ready, in the format your machines read
- Formats: PNG, JPEG or SVG, or two of them together. A PDF is always generated as well.
- Resolution: PDF at 72, 150, 300 or 600 DPI. 300 DPI is the usual choice for print.
- Vector files for engraving, laser cutting and vinyl: lines stay sharp at any size.
- Watermark on generated previews, and upload rules (formats, maximum size, number of files) for customer artwork.
The right people are told
Choose who receives an email when an order with a custom sign is created: your workshop or production manager, the customer (with a copy of their design), or both. Neon and channel letter configurations can also email your manufacturer directly each time a custom sign is paid, with your own subject and template: text, font, size, colors, backboard, mounting and customer details.
Because customers can only pick options you configured, the files you receive match materials and sizes you actually produce. Image zones can refuse logos too small to print well, and the fixing hardware is listed in the recap, so the order can be packed without a call to the customer.
