This policy explains what data Vertim Coders, LLC (“we”) collects through this website, allsigncustomizer.com, and through the All Sign Customizer apps, and how we use it.
1. This website
- Contact messages. When you write to us, we receive your name, e-mail address, store URL and message. We use them only to answer you.
- Feature requests and votes. When you suggest a feature or vote on our roadmap, we receive your name, e-mail address and, if you give it, your store URL. Only your first name is shown next to a request you suggested. We use your e-mail address to tell you when the request is published and when its status changes.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe, we keep your e-mail address (and your name, if you gave it) to send product news and release notes. You are subscribed only after clicking the confirmation link we e-mail you, and every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and reliability.
- Embedded content. Videos and demo links may load content from third parties (such as YouTube or Shopify), which apply their own privacy policies.
2. The All Sign Customizer apps
- Shopify app. We access your shop domain, product information, order details and the limited customer data needed for the app to work (for example, to attach a design to an order).
- WooCommerce plugin. We process your site URL, plugin settings and licensing information.
- Designs. The designs, options and files your customers create are stored to fulfil their orders.
3. How we use data
To operate and improve the apps, provide support, verify subscriptions and licenses, process payments through third-party providers, keep our services secure, and comply with the law. We do not sell or rent personal information.
4. Sharing
We share data only with the providers that help us run our services (hosting, infrastructure, payments, licensing), with Shopify or WooCommerce as needed for the apps to work, with authorities when the law requires it, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep data only as long as needed to provide our services. Store data synced by the Shopify app is deleted when the app is uninstalled. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing, request a copy, or withdraw your consent. Write to support@allsigncustomizer.com.
7. Security, transfers and children
We use technical and organizational measures to protect data, though no system is 100% secure. Data may be processed outside your country with appropriate safeguards. Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
